Disney Family Culinary Adventure at The Contemporary Resort
Backstage culinary adventure at Disney’s Contemporary Resort offered
twice a week. Prepare a meal from scratch while learning a few tricks of
the trade from celebrated chefs. Dine on the delicious creations made
with fellow chefs for a meal with your family.
Guests for each experience
will don their aprons, hats, and gloves and separated into five groups.
The groups are: garde manger where they'll learn how to make homemade
butter and farmer's cheese; sushi; Boucherie where guests will learn to
trim a beef tenderloin; pasta; and patisserie where guests will get to
play with chocolate and make dessert. After the cooking stations are
complete, enjoy a five-course meal that you just prepared. Each course
will be served with wine and beer for the adults and the meal ends with
a special molecular gastronomy demonstration. Guests are given a chef's
hat and signed cookbook as a parting gift. |
